Purpose

To provide hassle-free credit for working capital (fund based and non-fund based) as also capital expenditure related to the business of the borrower within the overall composite limit sanctioned to the borrower.

Composite Limit

The composite limit is 4.5 times of borrower’s tangible net worth as per last audited balance sheet, or, Rs. 10 crores, whichever is lower.

Delivery of Product

By way of fund-based (short or long term) or non-fund based facilities as per the requirements of the borrower, within the overall composite limit sanctioned to the borrower.

Period for TL

Maximum period up to 7 years.
