Features:
- Purchasing land and
provided to the land less agriculture women labour by sanctioning subsidy
and loan amount from the corporation.
- Unit cost is
Rs.20.00 lakhs out of which Rs.10.00 lakhs will be subsidy and Rs.10.00
lakhs as loan. Loan amount will be rate of 6% interest which has to be
repaid in 20 half – yearly installments.
- In Bangalore urban,
Bangalore Rural, Chikkaballapur and Ramanagar district, the unit cost is
increased to Rs.25.00 lakhs.
Eligibility:
- Applicants must
belong to scheduled castes madiga and its related community.
- The applicant must
be a land less agriculture labour family.
- If the caste
certificate is submitted in the name of Adi Karnataka, Adi Andhra, Adi
dravida then a self declaration certificate is to be submitted by the
applicant stating his original caste.
- Should be resident
of Karnataka state.
- The applicant and no
member of his family should not be in employment in any Govt./Semi
Govt organization.
Conditions:
- Application will be
rejected, if he/she found to be ineligible during the process of
selection.
