Hydrotherms offers solutions to pipeline filtration requirements as well as retro-fit existing systems. Either the need is for simple low pressure, low flow application or a high pressure, high flow application we manufacture strainers & filters specifically to suit your requirements. We can meet a host of filtration retention levels, specification and requirements to offer a wide variety of meshes, materials and ratings from Cast Iron to Inconel and Class 125lb to Class2500lb and higher. In addition, Hydrotherms also offers Orifice plates & assemblies, venturi tubes & nozzles, Custom cast products & fabrication.

Multi-bag F ilter Housing

The Hydrotherms Multi-Bag Filter Housing effectively removes dirt, pipe scale, and other contaminants from process liquids such as water, chemical and petroleum products. They can be used with the standard 9/64” perforated bag basket as a strainer, with flow rates to 4600 GPM. Standard options are Carbon Steel or 316 Stainless Steel wetted construction and bottom entry, inline flanged inlet and outlet. Vessels over 24 inches O.D. utilize a dome top lid.

Paddle Type Orifice Plates

Paddle Type Orifice Plates are normally used with Orifice Flange Unions. The outer diameters are manufactured from uniform circular discs. This results in a high degree of concentricity of the orifice bore and the plate outer diameter. The plates are sanded on special machines to a prescribed finish.

The Hydrotherms Single Bag Housings come standard with a bottom outlet with elbow. A straight bottom outlet, or a side outlet are available as optional configurations. These high quality industrial and commercial service vessels are designed to withstand years of field and plant operation. The standard configuration of these units assures that they can be easily incorporated into your system. In applications requiring high volume filtration, the Single Bag filter Housings will provide rugged.
